How do I send my pet's photo?
Enter your pet's name(s) when you order. Your order confirmation email asks for a clear photo of your pet; just reply to it with the photo. We email you a proof and confirm every detail before anything is made.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order personalized items by December 4 for the best chance of Christmas delivery within the US. Ready-made items can be ordered later; check the estimate at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Personalized items are made to order. We email you a proof within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your photo; once you approve it, your item is made in 3 to 4 business days, and US delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after that — so most US orders arrive within 7 to 11 business days of ordering. Ready-made items ship from US warehouses. Custom portrait orders of $70+ ship free in the US; shipping for other items is shown at checkout.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but if one arrives damaged or with a mistake, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it.
Are the heated beds safe?
Yes. Our heated beds and pads are made by K&H Pet Products, are MET safety listed, and warm gently to your pet's body temperature. Indoor use only.Check each product page for its maker, heating method and listed certifications. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, use electrical products only as directed and inspect them regularly.
